Private Label Remote Mower Programs
Private-label program
Turn a selected MERI platform into a coherent private-label package. Review color, artwork, sales model naming, documents and packing while keeping the machine easy to identify and support.
Prepare your next step
Start with the platform and market, then send the brand files. Approve the technical configuration and branding as one order package.

Connect your brand to a serviceable product
Market and product fit
Define the buyer, intended work, access, terrain and destination before choosing the platform or designing the graphics.
Brand package and machine package
List appearance requests separately from engine, controller, cutting-head or structural changes. Each needs the right approval route.
Prepare the private-label approval pack
| Item | Provide for review | Approval record |
|---|---|---|
| Logo and placement | Original vector artwork where available; requested location and dimensions. | Approved artwork and placement reference. |
| Machine color | Intended color reference or sample and the surfaces to be reviewed. | Confirmed color and appearance scope. |
| Model and labels | Proposed sales model name plus the underlying MERI configuration. | A cross-reference that retains machine, engine and service identification. |
| Documents and packaging | Requested manual language, TDS presentation, carton/crate marks and destination documents. | Included document and packing scope in the order. |
Keep the product specification behind the branding
The brand package does not approve a mechanical or electrical substitution. ME800 uses the confirmed single-cylinder engine choices; T-Series uses flat blades, manual/electric height adjustment and a front-only snow-plow option. Review the complete OEM matrix for the selected family.
A useful first private-label brief
- Market, intended customers and selected platform.
- Your proposed brand and customer-facing model name.
- Artwork, placement dimensions and color references.
- Requested documents, packing and inspection evidence.
- Quantity scenario, destination and target delivery window for quotation.
- Local service contact, parts plan and customer handover needs.
Approve one package before release
Bring the technical configuration and brand files into the same approval record. Specify any required sample, photographs, drawings or artwork proofs in the quotation; confirm open items and the responsible approver. Revisions should be agreed before they reach manufacturing, documents or packing.
Make private-label machines easy to support
Keep the sales model name linked to the factory platform, serial number, engine, controller and working head. Preserve safety and service identifiers when reviewing artwork. Give your service team the same configuration record used for the order.
Before delivery
Agree the manuals, parts references and starter-stock discussion for the local fleet.
When support is needed
Use the underlying machine identity and order reference with the symptom and evidence.

Buyer questions
Can my brand name replace the factory model reference?
A customer-facing model name can be reviewed as part of the brand package. Keep a cross-reference to the underlying MERI platform, configuration and serial record for documents and service.
Does a new color change the machine specification?
An appearance request and a mechanical or electrical change are separate review items. Record both in the approval package rather than assuming that one approves the other.
What should be approved before an order is released?
The chosen configuration, artwork, label information, document scope, packing requirements and written commercial terms. Specify any required sample or approval evidence in the quotation.
