Remote Mower Warranty Claim Process
Service request planning
Give MERI the evidence needed to review a service or warranty request. A clear machine record and symptom sequence help the team identify the next technical step and the written terms that apply.
Before you contact MERI
Make the machine safe, keep the order and serial information, and prepare clear photographs plus a concise symptom history. Contact MERI or the authorised seller with one complete record.

Prepare one clear service record
Make the machine safe
Stop when continued use could worsen damage or create risk. Isolate and store the machine according to the delivered instructions. Do not bypass guards, interlocks or emergency controls to reproduce a symptom.
Identify the machine and order
Provide the model, serial, order reference, engine and main configuration. Clear photographs of the machine and relevant component labels help distinguish similar-looking variants.
Describe the symptom in order
State the task, conditions, control command, response, warnings and when the issue first appeared. Include recent service, changes, interruptions and whether the symptom repeats.
Attach useful evidence
Provide overview/detail photographs and a short video where it can be recorded safely. Include maintenance records and only the measurements requested through the relevant instructions.
Review cause and applicable coverage
Technical diagnosis identifies the cause and corrective action. The written warranty and order determine coverage, dates, exclusions and responsibilities; a request alone does not decide the outcome.
Record the agreed next action and result
Keep the case reference, approved checks or work, confirmed parts, shipment references and repair result together. Retain removed components when instructed and document the follow-up checks.

Choose the appropriate next step
Technical or parts help
Use the same machine record to identify a component or clarify a technical symptom.
Warranty record lookup
If you have the order, serial or supplied verification code, open the existing warranty lookup. It is a separate step from technical diagnosis and claim assessment.
Relevant instructions: Technical downloads · Operation and maintenance videos. Use the document for the exact machine and engine; another model’s video does not replace the delivered instructions.

Buyer questions
Does a support request automatically qualify for warranty?
Technical diagnosis and warranty coverage are separate. MERI reviews the machine and evidence against the written terms applicable to the order.
What if I cannot find the part number?
Send the model, serial and order reference with clear overview and detail photographs. Describe the symptom without guessing a replacement component.
Can I dismantle the machine to record the issue?
Follow the delivered instructions and requested checks. Do not bypass guards, interlocks or emergency controls, or dismantle beyond the guidance provided for the case.
Send a complete service or warranty request
Include machine identity, order information, the symptom sequence and available evidence.
