Remote Control Mower Testing Facilities at Our Factory — remote control lawn mower article

Remote control mower quality cannot be judged from a specification table alone. Buyers need to understand how incoming components, assembly work and the completed machine are checked before dispatch. This page documents MERI’s current quality-control workflow and the testing equipment recorded in the company profile.

DOCUMENTED WORKFLOW

Three Quality-Control Stages

01

Incoming inspection

Components and materials are checked before they enter production. The applicable checks depend on the component and machine configuration.

02

In-process inspection

Assembly-stage checks are used to identify installation, connection and configuration issues before final completion.

03

Pre-delivery inspection

The completed machine goes through functional and order-configuration checks before it is released for packing and dispatch.

The company profile records a dedicated quality-control team of 5–10 people and eight production lines. These are recorded company ranges, not claims that every machine is inspected by the entire team.

RECORDED EQUIPMENT

Engine, Battery and Electronic Test Capability

MERI’s company profile records the following equipment. Its use is matched to the engine, electrical system and configuration being prepared; listing equipment does not replace model-specific acceptance criteria.

Battery-pack testers

2 units

Recorded models: EBC-A40L / IT8512. Used for applicable battery and electrical checks.

BEFORE SHIPMENT

20-Point Inspection and Test Process Before Dispatch

A 20-point inspection and test process is completed before dispatch. The exact checklist depends on the selected model, engine, optional equipment and destination requirements. Buyers who need project documentation should request the applicable checklist with the quotation.

Order and configuration verification

Model, engine, cutting system, control configuration and paid optional upgrades are checked against the confirmed order.

Functional checks

Applicable drive, cutting, control, electrical and safety-related functions are checked before packing.

Parts and packing review

Included accessories, manuals and ordered spare parts are checked before export packing.

Release for dispatch

Dispatch timing begins from the confirmed order and payment conditions. Small orders and larger batches follow different preparation windows.

MODEL- AND MARKET-SPECIFIC

Certification Documents Must Match the Exact Configuration

Certification and compliance documents should be checked against the exact mower model, engine, optional equipment and destination market. A certificate image on a website must not be treated as blanket coverage for every configuration.

Quality-management documentation: confirm current scope and validity.
EPA-related engine compliance document requiring configuration verification
EPA-related documentation: confirm the applicable engine and market.
CE-related lawn mower document requiring model verification
