Built around commercial work

Why Buyers Choose MERI Remote Control Mowers

Choose a machine by slope, vegetation, access width, daily workload, service conditions, and destination—not by one headline specification.

01

Remote Operation & Operator Safety

Operate from a separate viewing position instead of placing an operator directly on steep, rough, or overgrown ground.

02

Tracked Traction for Slopes

Rubber-track platforms provide a broad contact area for embankments, orchard rows, uneven ground, and demanding commercial sites.

03

Gasoline, Diesel & Multi-Function Choices

Select gasoline, diesel, 24V, 48V, turf, or multi-function configurations according to workload and local service preference.

04

Replace 8–12 Workers. ROI in 6–12 Months

Up to 5,000 m²/h—equivalent to an estimated 8–12 manual workers on suitable vegetation-management jobs. Depending on utilisation and local labour costs, commercial users may save €40,000–70,000 annually and target a 6–12 month payback while keeping personnel away from hazardous slopes.

05

Quality Control & Low-Failure Focus

Production checks, model-specific compliance options, technical documentation, and pre-shipment inspection support reliable commercial use.

06

Warranty & Lifetime Support

One-year warranty excluding wear parts, Lifetime After-Sales Service, and long-term access to 46 replacement parts at factory price, with freight charged separately.

Applications

One Platform, Multiple Working Environments

Match the machine to the measured site. These are common use cases; final suitability depends on terrain, vegetation, access, and the exact model rating.

Commercial Buyer FAQ

How is the factory quotation prepared?

The quotation is prepared for the selected model, engine, electrical system, upgrades, quantity, trade term and destination, so commercial buyers receive a configuration-specific offer.

How fast can MERI ship an order?

Normal orders of 1–10 machines can usually be dispatched within 7 days after order confirmation and payment. Larger orders normally require 7–15 days, subject to configuration and material availability.

What warranty and after-sales support are included?

MERI provides a one-year warranty excluding wearing parts, Lifetime After-Sales Service, and long-term access to 46 replacement parts. Replacement parts can be supplied at factory price, with freight charged separately.

Do you offer OEM/ODM customization?

Yes. MERI provides OEM/ODM support for qualified orders, including custom branding on the machine, remote controller and packaging; custom body colours; engine, industrial remote-control, attachment and working-width configurations; and branded wooden cases with multilingual manuals. The standard MOQ for custom branding, colour or configuration is 10 units. Typical custom production lead time is 20–30 working days after specifications and artwork are confirmed. Send us your target market, required models and customization list for a detailed quotation and sample options.

Diesel vs. gasoline: which should I choose?

The best choice depends on terrain, daily workload and local fuel availability. KOOP diesel models provide higher torque, lower fuel consumption and pressure-splash dual lubrication as standard, making them the preferred option for long commercial work cycles, heavy vegetation and frequent operation on slopes above 20°. Standard Loncin gasoline models are lighter, simpler to maintain and well suited to flat or gently sloped sites below 20°, including general farm, orchard and landscaping work. For customers who prefer gasoline but require enhanced lubrication for frequent slope work, a Briggs & Stratton BS390 gasoline engine with pressure-splash dual lubrication is available as an optional paid upgrade on applicable models. T-Series Turf models use Loncin gasoline engines with splash lubrication and are intended for flat or gently sloped turf such as golf courses, sports fields, parks and level solar farms. If most of the work is on sustained slopes, MERI normally recommends a diesel configuration; send us the measured slope, vegetation and daily working time for a model-specific recommendation.

What lubrication systems do MERI mowers use?

MERI offers four engine and lubrication configurations. 1. Diesel 24V and 48V series: KOOP diesel engines with pressure-splash dual lubrication, a built-in oil pump and an oil filter as standard. This system maintains a more consistent oil supply during continuous 20–30° slope work and helps reduce the camshaft and crankshaft wear associated with splash-only lubrication. 2. Standard gasoline series: Loncin gasoline engines with splash lubrication, suitable for flat and gently sloped terrain below 20°. 3. Upgraded gasoline configuration: a Briggs & Stratton BS390 engine with a built-in oil pump and pressure-splash dual lubrication, available as an optional paid upgrade on applicable models for customers who prefer gasoline and regularly work above 20°. 4. T-Series Turf: Loncin gasoline engines with splash lubrication; no pressure-lubrication upgrade is offered, as this series is designed for flat or gently sloped turf. For sustained slope operation, the diesel series is normally the first recommendation; the BS390 upgrade is the gasoline alternative where available.

Can every model work at 45° and 1,000 m?

No. Up to 45° slope capability and up to 1,000 m remote range apply to selected models and configurations. Actual suitability also depends on ground condition, travel direction, vegetation, load and operator practice.

How does MERI recommend the correct model?

Send the measured slope, total area, vegetation type, narrowest access width, expected daily workload and destination. MERI will narrow the relevant series before preparing a factory quotation.
