Trial and small orders of 1–10 machines can normally be prepared for dispatch within 7 days after payment and order confirmation. Larger orders can normally be completed within 7–15 days, subject to configuration.

Machines include a 12-month limited warranty, excluding normal wearing parts, plus lifetime after-sales technical support. MERI maintains 46 replacement-part items; common in-stock parts can normally be dispatched within 48 hours.
