Remote Mower Spare Parts and Warranty Support
Parts and ownership support
Find the correct replacement component and prepare a practical service plan for your MERI fleet. Start with the delivered configuration, then connect catalog references, diagnostic evidence and local parts stock.
Prepare your next step
Provide the model, serial/order reference and part photographs. A catalog reference helps the enquiry; the exact fit and current supply terms are confirmed for your machine.

A reliable parts enquiry starts with machine identity
Identify the delivered machine
Record the model and serial number, order reference, engine identification, drive voltage, controller/receiver and cutting system. Include a clear machine-label photograph.
Identify the component
Use the delivered parts information and manuals. Photograph the component, identification label, connectors and mounting arrangement without bypassing safety devices.
Send a complete parts identification request
- Machine model, serial number and order reference.
- Engine identity, electrical configuration and controller/receiver where relevant.
- Catalog quotation reference or existing part number, if known.
- Clear overview and detail photographs, label information and relevant dimensions.
- Required quantity, supply unit and whether a component or a matched assembly is requested.
- Destination and urgency, plus the symptom if this is a repair enquiry.
Examples from the current MERI parts catalog
These are catalog quotation references, not a fitment approval. MERI must match the exact variant to the delivered machine before supplying a replacement.
| Catalog reference | Catalog item | What to identify |
|---|---|---|
| MERI-P14 / MERI-P43 | C7 Remote Controller (Controller Only) / C7 Receiver | State whether you need the transmitter, receiver or a matched setup. Include existing labels and configuration. |
| MERI-P18 | KBR Remote Controller + Receiver | This is a controller-and-receiver catalog item; do not substitute it for another system by appearance. |
| MERI-P19 / MERI-P20 | Flail Blade / Straight Blade Set | Identify the cutting system and required matching parts. Flat-blade T-Series stock is separate from flail/hammer tools. |
| MERI-P23 / MERI-P24 | 150 × 30 × 37 Track / 180 × 30 × 37 Track | Confirm the actual track specification and machine identity. A general mower photo does not select the size. |
Plan dealer stock in three levels
Routine wear and service
Select compatible belts, filters and cutting tools for the models in the installed fleet. Track actual issues before setting reorder quantities.
Workshop and on-demand items
Separate local workshop repair stock from major or configuration-specific assemblies. Confirm the service skills, diagnostic evidence and replenishment plan.
When the request is a fault rather than a parts order
Describe when the symptom began, the operating conditions, commands and response, warnings, recent service and checks already performed. Use the delivered instructions and any case-specific guidance; do not guess a replacement assembly from one symptom.
Agree supply and warranty responsibilities
A parts quotation and a warranty assessment are different records. Confirm the exact item, quantity, price, freight and availability for the request. For a suspected warranty issue, provide the order record and evidence so the technical cause and applicable coverage can be reviewed.
Connect the shelf to the service record
Label parts by the confirmed reference and variant. Record receipt, issue date, the machine receiving the part and the work completed. Keep training, tool readiness and escalation contacts connected to the supported fleet.

Buyer questions
Can I order a part from its photo alone?
A photo helps identify the component, but the model, serial/configuration, dimensions or electrical identification and supplier confirmation are needed for a reliable match.
Does the catalog number guarantee compatibility?
No. It is a quotation reference. Ask MERI to confirm the exact variant and supply unit against your machine record.
How should a dealer choose opening stock?
Separate routine wear parts, workshop repair items and on-demand assemblies. Use the supported model mix, actual consumption and agreed replenishment time to set quantities.
Ask MERI to identify the correct part
Send the machine record, requested component, photographs, quantity and destination.
